Lovely little walk through the woods to the White Heart at Ufford for a little beer.

We parked up with the doggers at Southy Woods and headed off into the trees to discover various gentlemen wandering around looking for company.

The route
Best place to park is near the main access to Southy Woods then take the main path to where you see a bar gate. After the gate turn left and follow the route to a small clump of trees on the left. Head round the back of the trees then turn right and head up the hill with the hedge on your right. A small clump of trees has a gap where you can access the footpath that takes you to the road. Turn left and head for the pub.
